Providing Comprehensive Eye Care for San Antonio and Beyond...
South Texas Total Eye Care (STTEC) is a team of independent Ophthalmology Practices in the San Antonio area working together to provide high quality, compassionate care for the patients in the networks they serve.
The Eye M.D.'s of South Texas Total Eye Care (STTEC) include specialist and sub-specialist who are trained to deal with the plethora of problems that can develop in and around the eye.
In addition to our large panel of physicians within STTEC, we also work with a number of physicians in and around the San Antonio Community to ensure we can meet the needs of our patients. Our partnering physicians provide services for our patients such as ocular plastics, adult strabismus, and retina care.
The STTEC team feels that we have a duty to our patients, to the physicians we work with, and to society. Our goal is to provide our patients with expedient and high quality care, to make sure we communicate our findings with our patients other healthcare providers, and to do so in the most efficient and productive manner to conserve the resources of our community.
STTEC has multiple locations throughout the San Antonio area in order to serve your needs. STTEC also has multiple locations that provide optical dispensing services for your convenience. Visit our locations page for more information.

Click here to see a Video of Dr. Harris performing a high-tech, diabetic retinopathy screening using the non-mydriatic fundus camera. This technique does not substitute for a complete eye exam, however it is being utilized more commonly to detect specific diseases in the eye, especially in areas where access to healthcare is limited.
