This page is for Secure Horizons patients and Secure Horizons employees. The information on this page will help you schedule a visit with an eye doctor.
Below you will find a list of the STTEC physicians and their locations. To make an appointment simply read down the list and select a clinic with the most convenient location. Call the contact person listed for that clinic and request an appointment. Or you may choose to send an email to that office to request an appointment.
If you have an eye emergency after hours, call the office number, and you will be directed to the doctor on call.
For emergencies or urgent care during the hours of 8 am - 5pm, call Krista Hillman at 210-858-8577.
Should you have any problems or require additonal assistance please call Albert Castillo at 210-237-9629.
